AI Terms
These terms describe the Popgun Servers AI assistant. They supplement the Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
The assistant helps with Popgun Servers, hosted servers, and games. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
2. AI responses
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important information through the control panel, current order, Terms, invoice, or human support.
3. No binding commercial information
AI cannot make, negotiate, accept, or change offers, prices, quotes, valuations, contracts, discounts, or commercial terms. Any offer, price, quote, valuation, or commercial information provided by AI is non-binding. Binding information is shown in the order, Terms, and invoice.
4. Human support
You can request human support at any time from a support ticket. A human agent reviews escalated tickets.
5. Data and security
Use only information necessary to resolve your request. Do not provide passwords, tokens, API keys, payment details, or other secrets. The assistant operates only with your existing account permissions.
6. Prohibited use
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, obtain another account's data, automate charges, or use the assistant unlawfully. Such use may result in restricted access.
7. Records and privacy
AI conversations and actions may be recorded according to the Privacy Policy to investigate errors and complaints. Customer data is not used to train or fine-tune models without explicit consent.
8. Acceptance
You must accept these AI Terms before using the AI assistant. The accepted version is recorded on your account.
